Lateral I is the car that started it all for
Lateral Dynamics. This is the original test mule for the 3-Link
development system, and still sports many of the prototype
pieces that eventually evolved into the current kit. Based on
the highly popular 69 Camaro, the car has undergone many
transformations over the years, and will no doubt continue to
evolve in the near future. This car has shown a tendency
to eat engines...

Lateral II is a car we rescued from an ad on
E-bay. The car was local, and is typical of cars that you'll
find in Southern California these days: clapped out, needing a
lot of help, but thankfully spared from significant rust and
structural damage. This car was a mess filled with spare parts
never to be used, trash, grease and grime, but is a really solid
example and was a really easy decision to transform into a very
special car...

While we are confident in our abilities to
design the best suspension systems out there for early Muscle
Cars, we aren’t always creative when it comes to naming things,
and as a result, this car currently has no “project” name. We
simply call it the Satellite. This is another car we rescued
from the realm of E-bay, and is another example of an ugly, but
solid Southern California car that is every bit worthwhile to
save. During our visit to the SEMA show, we had a LOT of inquiry
about Mopar suspension systems...

Jake Parrot is the owner of Custom Car Works
in Bridgton, Maine. He is currently working on his own car that
will demonstrate his talent, and will be a showcase for his
company. Jake found a really nice 68 Camaro to transform, and
the car will certainly be a serious attention getter, and very
well rounded performance vehicle when complete. Jake chose to
use our 3-Link rear suspension system...

Take a look at Plum Floored, a modified 1970
Dodge Super Bee sporting a new 6.1 liter HEMI engine with an
incredible new fuel injection system, and of course, the Lateral
Dynamics Three Link rear suspension system. Ben Grasso from PFC
Enterprises contracted with us to develop a suspension system worthy
of the rest of the performance and appearance goals of this cool
project car. We met Ben and his friend Steve Enochs from Paintshop
101, located in San Antonio, during the 2005 SEMA show in Las
Vegas...

We recently made some new friends at OPM
Customs, in Phoenix Arizona. We had met the owner, Clay Inskeep
at several cars shows in the past and had been very impressed at
the quality of the work they had demonstrated on several first
generation Camaros that we had seen. OPM’s latest project will
be another incredible car, and though we promised not to
disclose details about the car...

Dave Cozzi sought us out when he heard about
our novel 3-Link rear suspension systems. Dave owns a really
sold 70 Camaro RS, and we had just the ticket for a highly
functional, and unique rear suspension system to provide his car
with the performance and sex appeal he was looking for. In
addition to the installation of the 3-Link, we will also be
performing a custom mini-tub job on the car to make room for
some far wider tires...
