We recently made some new friends at OPM Customs,
in Phoenix Arizona. We had met the owner, Clay Inskeep at several
cars shows in the past and had been very impressed at the quality of
the work they had demonstrated on several first generation Camaros
that we had seen. OPM’s latest project will be another incredible
car, and though we promised not to disclose details about the car,
we can say that there are going to be some incredible, and highly
innovative features on it that you generally don’t see. We are super
excited to be a part not only of this car, but also to have OPM
qualified as a Dealer/Installer in this region of the country. We
visited them to assist in the installation of a rear three link kit,
and had an incredible time doing so. Clay, Adam, and the others are
just terrific folks, very talented, with no crazy ego’s; just
straightforward, no BS, great people. If you need assistance on your
project, or want them to build an entire car for you, we highly
recommend contacting them, we doubt very seriously that you will be
disappointed.
Though it is not terribly difficult to install the Lateral
Dynamics 3-Link suspension system on a car that is on the ground, it
sure is a lot easier if the car is on the rotisserie! We hadn’t
finished off the sheet metal closeouts on this install prior to
leaving them, but we’ll update this project section as progress
continues on this very special car.
